Clover, formerly Kingsley House, has been in existence since 1896 and, in its long history, dedicated Board members have built a tradition of excellence in programming for individuals and families in our community.
Board members are most effective when they are well informed about their role and responsibilities and the agency’s structure and activities. We hope that this Board Member portal will be helpful. As a steward of this very special institution, you assume the responsibility of determining policy, recommending administrative changes and interpreting Clover programs to the public.
It is expected that all members will attend board and committee meetings and actively participate in resolving the challenges that face us. Some critical questions a good board should ask itself are:
Thank you for joining with us. There is nothing more rewarding than working on behalf of an organization dedicated to increasing the capacity of others. We hope you will find your participation stimulating and fulfilling.
Sincerely,
Chimene Grant Saloy Keith H. Liederman, Ph.D.
President Chief Executive Officer
