Additional early childhood opportunities exist for families of infants, toddler and preschool aged children through our Early Head Start Child Care Partnership as well as our preschool partnership with Hoffman Early Learning programs.
This opportunity helps provide high-quality learning in partnership with regulated private programs in the community. All partners are required to meet the Head Start Program Performance Standards and demonstrate strong alignment with other Federally, State, or locally funded early childhood programs.
This program helps meet the needs of qualifying families (see below) by providing early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services through Clover staff. Comprehensive services include health, nutrition, behavioral and family services. In addition, parent engagement activities, governance opportunities, and professional development are provided at all centers.
Eligibility Requirements
Families must meet the requirements of Dual Eligibility, which requires families to be eligible for both Childcare Assistance and Early Head Start. Children and families must fit into at least one of the following categories:
